I'm passionate about coaching and helping others to become more resourceful in understanding their issue and helping them to find options which will help resolve those issues. I believe in creating and maintaining psychological safety in our coaching sessions to ensure each client feels safe and secure to discuss what's on their mind.

I listen carefully to what's being said (and what's not being said) and ask helpful questions that enable the client to explore their issue and options from different perspectives, going at their speed.

I love it when my client's have that 'lightbulb' moment of self-realisation. The sheer joy that comes with that moment. The feeling like a weight has been lifted from their shoulders and the pure excitement of knowing what they need to do to move forward is why I do what I do.

I have over 15 years of coaching experience, with clients ranging from Graduates to Senior Corporate Executives across the UK and Europe. I cover issues such as career direction, dealing with stress and building resilience, dealing with difficult relationships, building self-esteem, dealing with heavy workloads, and many more.

I have a Post Graduate Coaching Certification and currently applying to the EMCC for Coaching Practitioner accreditation.
