I am a Physical Education and Exercise Science professional with experience teaching and coaching students and athletes across international schools, sports academies, and fitness settings. My background includes delivering engaging online and in-person lessons focused on physical education, exercise science, strength & conditioning, and overall fitness development. I specialize in adapting teaching and coaching methods to different ages, skill levels, and learning needs, creating supportive environments that help individuals build confidence, improve performance, and develop healthy habits.
I have strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, movement analysis, and training principles, which I use to make learning practical, interactive, and easy to understand. Alongside teaching PE, I have coached football, strength & conditioning, and individual fitness sessions, helping students and athletes improve both technically and physically.
My main interests are teaching, coaching, and mentoring individuals through exercise and movement.
