My teaching approach is centred on active learning. During lessons, I encourage students to attempt questions themselves while I guide them through the reasoning process. I believe this helps students develop independence and confidence in their abilities. I also use worked examples and practice questions to reinforce understanding and allow students to apply what they have learned.

As someone who is still developing as a tutor, I am committed to continuous improvement. I reflect on each lesson to identify ways I can explain concepts more effectively and better support my students. My goal is not only to help students improve their maths skills but also to help them feel more positive and capable when approaching mathematical challenges.

My experience includes teaching hundreds of lessons on mytutor to KS2 and above. Also tutoring students at my local tuition centre since sixth form
