About me:

I’m a passionate A level Maths & Further Maths tutor/mentor. I achieved A*s in both after being predicted Cs, so I truly understand how to jump multiple grades in a matter of weeks.


How my lessons work:

Lessons are held via Zoom calls on a shared whiteboard, allowing you to write and observe as we go. Every lesson follows the same four steps:

1. I teach the specification point in detail. Ask as many questions as you want until you’ve fully understood it.

2. I walk you through an exam question so you can see how the content you’ve just learned applies to real exam questions.

3. Then we swap roles. You walk me through an exam question and I ask you questions to confirm you’ve really understood it.

4. If you’re happy to move and don’t have any more questions, we repeat the cycle for the next specification point

With over two years of tutoring experience, I’ve had students jump multiple grades in a short amount of time. My lessons are built around real understanding, so you leave each session knowing why the method works, not just how to copy it.
