I like to encourage my students to find the answers on their own with subtle help from me. I do not condone helping students find everything. I try to make each session as fun as possible without compromising the purpose and functionality of the session. I use a lot of instances and illustrations to try and get my point across, to make it easier for my students to grasp the meaning. I like to know where exactly it is my students have an issue, and then I work from there. Of course I go over the ones they do understand to make absolutely sure they do understand the topic. I try to get on my students' level so they don't feel threatened or inferior or like they can't ask questions at any time during the session. I like to give workshops at the end of each session to ensure my students have a full understanding of the topic we went through. It helps me in preparing properly for the next session. I am very open to questions at the end of each session and will try my hardest to make sure each enquiry is completely satisfied without an ounce of doubt. I will make sure Biology as a subject is something that will be engraved in the best possible way in your mind. I have a year's experience in teaching, but I have more than a year's experience when it comes to tutoring and helping students with their school work.
