I create a friendly environment that enhanced good learning, i ensure that everyone in the classroom is taking along by asking questions to be sure that every student are on the same page. Understood that students can't be on the same pace so i ensure that the slow learner(s) among the students are thoroughly checked from time to time during teaching hours and classwork would be given to access the students perform for the topic taught. After the class work, the correction would be done with the students in the class in order to take the correction and make amendment where necessary before moving to the next topic.
After this, there would be an opportunity for the students to ask questions pertaining to the topic discussed and answers would be giving accordingly until the students are satisfied.
Finally, homework would be given to the students, this is the time for the individual student to read on their own, either at home or anywhere else, spending their own leisure time to focus on what was taught in the school. This exercise would enable them to read more and it gives more understanding because it's a personal work not a collective one that's done in the classroom. Then before the new topic would be introduced, the homework would be checked and attended to in the classroom with the students and the correction would be made before the new topic for the day could be discussed or introduced.
