My teaching approach is supportive, and tailored to each student. I focus on building confidence and academic progress, ensuring students develop the skills needed to succeed in their goals - whatever they may be.

All lessons are delivered online using a collaborative Google Doc and Google Meet. This allows for fully interactive sessions where students can work in real time, receive instant feedback, and clearly access and track their progress over time.

I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions, and developing their skills. Specialising in both creative and transactional writing, I help students develop originality, structure, and expression, encouraging them to write with confidence and imagination. In transactional writing, I focus on clarity, tone, and purpose, guiding students to communicate effectively across a range of formats such as articles, letters, and speeches.

A key part of my method is live modelling and feedback. Students work directly in shared documents, where I provide immediate guidance, demonstrate improvements, and set clear next steps. This ensures steady, visible progress.
