My lessons are tailored specifically to each child’s individual needs, ability level, and learning style to ensure they feel confident, supported, and motivated throughout every session. I aim to create a calm, positive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing their understanding at their own pace.
Each lesson is carefully planned and structured to help students make clear progress while also enjoying the learning process. I use a variety of teaching approaches to keep lessons engaging and suited to how each child learns best. Some lessons may involve practical activities using physical objects and resources to help children understand concepts in a more hands-on and visual way. Other lessons may involve using a laptop or interactive activities to support learning, alongside written tasks completed on paper to develop understanding and independent skills. I also use clear verbal explanations, questioning, discussions, and step-by-step modelling to help children fully grasp new concepts and build confidence in their abilities.
Lessons can include a mixture of explanations, interactive activities, practice questions, games, revision techniques, and exam-style tasks depending on the child’s age and goals. I adapt every session to ensure children remain engaged, motivated, and challenged appropriately.
