I teach maths up to and including GCSE level.

My method of teaching is firstly identifying knowledge gaps with a mini age-appropriate assessment, ensuring the student is comfortable and never underestimated. The student will have monthly progression reports.The ultimate goal is to ensure the student is confident and comfortable with the knowledge they have gained and they are able to answer many questions from different scenarios.

I am currently studying for an undergraduate degree in BSc (Honours) Data Science. From a very young age I have been tutoring and I find it extremely rewarding when students understand and progress in their education. I believe the key to being a successful tutor is to be approachable and a very good listener.
