With over 20 years of experience in leadership, training, customer service, and team development, I bring a calm, supportive, and highly organised approach to helping others learn and succeed. My background spans team management, coaching, recruitment, safeguarding awareness, and delivering structured 1:1 development sessions, giving me strong foundations in learner-centred guidance and professional mentoring. I am currently a chair of a parents & friends association at an independent, co-educational day & boarding school so always around education !

I have coached individuals at all stages of their careers, from apprentices to experienced team members, using clear communication, positive reinforcement, and tailored support strategies. My approach is empathetic, patient, and structured: I break information down into manageable steps, encourage questions, and create a safe, confidence-building environment. My experience handling sensitive issues, delivering feedback, and supporting staff through performance and capability processes has strengthened my ability to teach with fairness, clarity, and emotional intelligence.
