Hi! I'm Nikita, a first year medical student studying at the University of Dundee.

If you're looking for an dedicated and friendly tutor with a passion for biology and chemistry, look no further. I know firsthand what it's like to be a student, and how difficult it can be to find a tutor that is willing to listen and adapt their teaching style to you.

Having been a tutor for 2 years, I have a lot of experience in creating lesson plans specific to each of my students. My approach to teaching is very much student-focused: by ensuring that the student has an active role in their education is key to a successful outcome.

Through this student-focused approach, I ensured that former students left each lesson with their concerns addressed and far more confidence in their scientific abilities.

My students have found success in my approach as I emphasise the importance of consolidating a piece of knowledge over time so that it seems less like a foreign concept. By incorporating a spiral system, my students have benefitted most in the improvement of their long-term memory, which eliminates their need to cram!

Being able to free up so much time for my students has been very fulfilling, and I am committed to helping them smash their GCSEs by making the process easier.

My ultimate aim is to work in a team with your child. I understand how intimidating science subjects can be, but I hope that by using my individualised approach, that learning will end up being more than just a chore.
