My lessons are warm, engaging, and deeply interactive. I teach in a way that blends practical knowledge with discussion, storytelling, reflection, and real-world application, so students feel supported rather than overwhelmed. Depending on the subject, lessons may include guided conversation, visual materials, journaling prompts, traditional knowledge, case studies, and space for questions and personal exploration.
I have many years of experience teaching women internationally in areas including traditional midwifery, doula work, menstrual education, as adult educators, postpartum care, breastfeeding support, herbal medicine, and holistic women’s wellness. My teaching style is trauma-aware, compassionate, and rooted in understanding.
Students often describe my classes as grounding, empowering, and community-focused. I encourage curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking, while creating an atmosphere where people feel safe to learn and grow. Whether teaching one-to-one or in groups, I adapt lessons to the individual student’s pace, interests, and goals.
My aim is not simply to teach information, but to help students feel connected to their work, to themselves, and to their wider studies.
