Hello! I’m Nicholas :)

I’m a 1st class Mathematics graduate from Imperial College London, tutoring Maths, Further Mathematics, and Physics at all levels up to and including A-level. I'm highly passionate about inspiring confidence and enjoyment in Math s& Physics and I’m looking for a few ambitious students aiming for the top grades (A*/A/9) for this academic year.?

A typical lesson works like this:

The student informs me of a topic they want to focus on (or I can suggest one based on weaknesses). I start with a clear overview of the key ideas, explained in line with the relevant exam board specification, making sure the fundamentals are solid and any misconceptions are removed early. After that, the main focus is on problem solving. We will learn how to attack a series of progressively harder questions, practising the exam techniques that earn full marks and separate the top students. I am also able to go over mock exams, problem sheets and homework in the lesson.

Qualifications and Expertise:

* A* in both GCSE and A-Level Mathematics.
* First Class MSc degree in Mathematics (Imperial College London)
* First Class BSc degree in Physics (Newcastle University)
* Over a year of tutoring experience across various mathematical topics, from foundational concepts to advanced A-Level content.
