I teach History, English Language and English Literature. All of which I received A*s in at A-Levels. I went on to study History at Cambridge University where I received a first class grade in my exams. I am now completing my masters.

My lessons run online in 60-minute blocks and feel more like a workshop than a lecture. We begin with a check-in at the start of the session, outlining the goals for the hour and going over any homework or answering any queries or concerns you may have. I tend to plan sessions weeks in advance but am always flexible if there is an urgent need or something specific you want to cover one week instead. My sessions are highly interactive and are designed to challenge you, getting your mind turning and asking questions. There will often be a mini-task of some sort in these sessions so I can measure progress and help provide guidance for improvement. Over five years this format has helped students on every major exam board, in the UK and abroad, turn solid knowledge into A-star performance while actually enjoying the process.
