I can tailor lessons to each student focusing on texts being studied in school or for exams. Each week the student will receive an overview of the lesson plan before the session in order to prepare. For English Literature I should be familiar with most texts taught at a school level but any texts I have not come across I will read and research at an academic lesson to ensure I have a full understanding of the text which can be passed onto the student. In terms of English Language I can teach exam answer structures and help develop creative writing by using structure guides and extended vocabulary.
