My coaching sessions are structured yet flexible, always tailored to the individual client. Sessions are held online and last 50–60 minutes. Each session focuses on what feels most important for the client in that moment, while staying aligned with their longer-term goals and values.
I use a non-directive, solution-focused coaching approach, combined with emotional awareness and values exploration. Through active listening, reflective questions, and structured exercises, I help clients understand and process their emotions, clarify what truly matters to them, and identify practical next steps they can apply in their daily lives.
I have completed a Life Coaching certificate and am currently enrolled in ICF Level 1 and EMCC-accredited programs. I have around 60 hours of coaching practice and regularly work with clients on career change, emotional intelligence, self-belief, confidence, relationships, and personal growth. Many clients report feeling more emotionally balanced, confident, and aligned with their values after several sessions.
My sessions provide a supportive, safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to find their own solutions. I continuously reflect on and improve my coaching practice to offer high-quality, ethical, and client-centered coaching.
