Students I am a Law graduate and I already have an experience of 5 months in different types of law subjects. I will be focusing on Ipr and competition law however I will be open to other fields of law also. Ipr Contains Copyrights, Trademarks, Patents, etc. these are the main lines of IPR . I will teach you how to protect these rights get infringed and what is legal remedy a person holds in accordance with the law of the land. Especially in today's world, we see a lot of entrepreneurs working in different fields with new ideas, these ideas need to be protected and I will teach you how to stop the misuse of these ideas by other people.
Competition law is a little technical subject that covers competition in the market with according to the law of the land. Today we have too much competition in all the business and we make so many mistakes by entering the wrong agreement with the wrong company. I will teach you all the horizontal and vertical agreements according to the law of the land.
My method of teaching is very simple I will teach you the provision of law first with examples followed by the current situation and what is the recent judgment of the court regarding that particular section or provision, then the doubts and views of the students and a healthy discussion on the relevant topic and after completion that I will take a presentation from the student so that they can get the clarity on the topic which I will teach them.
