Narayanan Chandrasekar Ravisunthar

I am an experienced legal academic with university-level teaching experience, curriculum development expertise and a strong commitment to student-centred learning. Having served as an Assistant Professor of Law at reputed higher education institutions in India, I have taught subjects including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, International Economic Law and Commercial Contract Drafting. My experience also includes preparing course materials, designing curricula, mentoring students and contributing to academic administration.

My key strengths include effective communication, subject knowledge, adaptability, organisation and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. I am approachable, patient and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment in which students feel encouraged to ask questions, exchange ideas and develop independent thinking. My experience in academic leadership and student development has also strengthened my ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support learners with diverse academic needs.

As a postgraduate student currently pursuing an LL.M. in International Maritime Law at Swansea University, I continue to develop my academic perspective and deepen my understanding of contemporary legal issues. I would bring enthusiasm, professionalism, flexibility and a genuine passion for teaching to a part-time teaching role, while contributing positively to students' learning and academic development.
