I deliver life coaching via a therapeutic coaching method which is person-centred, solution-focused and sensitive to a person's mental and emotional health. I am committed to supporting my clients to be their best self, to achieve their goals and aspirations, and to address any internal or external barriers that may be impacting this.
I provide a compassionate, therapeutic, confidential, supportive, nurturing, non-judgemental, empowering and safe space to explore a client's needs, involving a collaborative approach to self-development and personal growth.
Ensuring that self-compassion and self-care are at the core of performance, I am focused on supporting my clients to develop resilience and autonomy, in addition to supporting use of essential resources to facilitate learning, development and achievement.
Coaching on stress management and emotion/self regulation is a key component within my approach.
A focus on effective time management, planning and organisational skills is prioritised. Achieving a work-life balance is also a focus.
Intervention material / resources used include cognitive, psycho-emotional, interpersonal and practical life skills tools to equip my clients with the essential skills they need to explore and navigate the challenges they may be facing, or simply for life skills development in order to reach their goals / targets.
With experience of neurodiversity, I can also explore any personal or environmental factors that may be interfering in a client's ability to function/engage in the way they would like.
I advocate for my clients and will source additional resources where possible, in order to provide the best experience and opportunities for them.
