My coaching sessions are calm, supportive and encouraging spaces where students can talk openly about the challenges they may be facing. I aim to create a relaxed and positive environment where students feel comfortable discussing stress, overwhelm, motivation, organisation, or study habits.

I focus on helping students shine a light on their goals and build confidence in their ability to achieve them. Together we break challenges down into manageable steps and create clear, realistic plans so progress feels achievable rather than overwhelming. My approach combines encouragement, practical strategies and simple mindful techniques that help students manage anxiety and approach their studies with more clarity and confidence.

Sessions are conversational but gently structured. We usually begin with a short check-in, then focus on a specific challenge such as procrastination, exam stress, lack of motivation or feeling overwhelmed with workload. From there, we explore practical tools and techniques that can help the student move forward.

As a teacher and creative mentor, I enjoy helping students recognise their strengths and build self-belief. I believe that with the right support and guidance, every student can develop stronger habits, better focus and a healthier mindset around learning.

Each session is tailored to the individual student and their goals. Students leave sessions feeling calmer, more organised and clearer about the steps they can take to move forward with confidence.
