Have trained with TEFL Organization, so will be using many of the methodologies from that training, and working with special needs students, I understand how to create engaging, fun learning, while making appropriate accommodations and modifications for students. In addition to my TEFL training, I bring extensive experience working with neurodivergent and special-needs students, which has strengthened my ability to create engaging, supportive, and student-centered learning environments. Through my background in special education, I understand that every learner processes language differently and benefits from instruction that is flexible, interactive, and confidence-building. I incorporate a variety of TEFL methodologies, including communicative language teaching, scaffolding, visual supports, repetition, guided conversation, and differentiated instruction, to ensure lessons are accessible and meaningful for learners of different ages, abilities, and language levels.
My teaching approach focuses on making English learning enjoyable, practical, and motivating while reducing anxiety and encouraging participation. I believe students learn best when they feel safe, supported, and actively involved in the learning process. I also understand the importance of patience, positive reinforcement, and adapting instruction to meet individual learning styles and needs. Whether supporting beginner learners, students with learning differences, or those needing additional encouragement, I strive to create lessons that build communication skills, confidence, independence, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning English in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
