I am planning to give lessons based on the personal needs of my potential students, rather than classical coursebook-based lessons. At first, I will make an assessment of what they expect from the language itself, and from me as tutor; then I will propose the plan of lessons.
Conversation lessons will mainly follow the DELF/DALF format, a presentation of the student on a given topic for a given duration (the preparation is not included in the lesson duration, so it will be free), a Q&A part, and the analysis of the presentation and language skills of the student and the feedback how to improve it (some vocabulary and grammar will get involved here).
For basic writing or academic methodology lessons, we can focus on the writing methods of short texts, dissertation (the French magical writing style) or synthèse texts, depending on the need and language level.
If you ever have a specific need or question, feel free to ask!
