My lessons are interactive, structured, and focused on making students feel confident. I believe many students struggle with Math not because it’s hard, but because they haven’t had it explained in a way that makes sense to them. That’s why I break every topic into small, clear steps.
I use real-life examples so students can see why what they’re learning matters. Whether it’s Algebra, Geometry, Fractions, or Word Problems, I make sure the student understands the “why” before moving to the “how.”
In my classes, I follow a simple 3-part format:
1. Quick recap of the previous topic to check understanding.
2. Introduce the new concept with examples and guided practice.
3. Independent practice with instant feedback and corrections.
I adjust my pace to match each student. Some need more time on basics, others are ready for advanced problems. I also provide worksheets and short quizzes to track progress and prepare students for school exams.
Besides Math, I have experience teaching Phonics and English Grammar to younger kids. This helps me explain instructions clearly and keep younger students engaged during online lessons. I use a calm, encouraging approach and always celebrate small wins to build confidence.if you’re looking for a tutor who is patient, explains things simply, and focuses on building a strong foundation, I’d be happy to help. I teach online and adapt my lessons to suit both UK and Indian syllabuses, including GCSE Foundation level topics.
