Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is quite simple, the first thing I feel compulsory for my class is that everyone should be well respected. No matter he / she is a student or a fellow teacher he should be dealt with extreme respect. Some other key factor are as follows.
1. The teacher should have a good grip on the subject matter being taught.
2. There must be a clear lesson plan with definite objectives and class learning outcomes.
3. He / She should Introduce the relevant concepts of the article / chapter he is teaching prior to solving / dealing with the complex exercise problems.
4. Use of online free software and graphing calculator increases the interest and understanding of the students.
5. At least one question related to every variation of the concept should be solved to make it convenient for the students to solve the remaining exercises at their own.
6. Teacher should try to provoke cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains of learning as per the bloom’s Taxonomy.
7. Timely delivery of the assessments increases the interest of the students in the subject being taught to them.
