I have been teaching French online for over seven years, and in that time I have worked with more than 600 students across different countries, backgrounds, and learning goals. Some came to me as complete beginners. Others needed help passing an exam. A few were professionals who needed French for work. Every single one of them got a lesson experience built around them, not a template.

I hold a B.A. in French Language from the University of Uyo and a CFFL certification from Institut Universitaire Catholique de Saint-Jérôme de Douala, Cameroon. My training was rigorous and immersive, which means I teach from a place of real depth, not surface-level knowledge.

My lessons are structured but never rigid. I typically begin by understanding exactly where a student is and where they want to go. From there, I build sessions that combine grammar, vocabulary, conversation practice, and real-world application. I believe French should feel alive in a lesson, not like a textbook exercise.

I am patient, encouraging, and direct. I will tell you what you are doing well and I will tell you honestly where you need to improve, because that is how real progress happens. I do not believe in wasting a student's time or money.
