Whether we’re doing strength training, HIIT circuits, pad work, or technical drills, every lesson is structured, purposeful, and adapted to your current ability level — with clear progressions that keep you motivated.
Having worked as a prison officer and custody escort, I’ve developed a unique perspective on staying calm and effective under pressure. That experience translates directly into my self-defence training. I teach practical, no-nonsense techniques drawn from martial arts, boxing, and real-life scenarios — focusing on situational awareness, de-escalation, and rapid response when needed.
