Mishkat Hussain

I have over 2 years of experience tutoring Biology. My lessons are relaxed, interactive and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I’ll start by understanding which topics you’re finding difficult and what you’d like to achieve and then structure each lesson around those areas. Lessons can include clear explanations of difficult concepts, diagrams and visual resources, practice questions and past-paper questions to help develop exam technique. I encourage students to ask questions throughout and adapt my teaching style to what works best for them.

I have a Biomedical Science BSc (Hons) and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Analytics, giving me a strong academic background across biology and science. I offer online lessons via Zoom for A Level Biology students as well as lessons for Biomedical Science students. My main aim is to make each session supportive, engaging and useful.
