Sarah Knowles

My background in Biology means I have a keen interest in the environment and sharing the importance of preserving it for future generations. I understand the importance of caring for and nurturing animals and appreciate fully how these interactions have a huge therapeutic benefit. I continue to keep myself up to date with recent developments in Education policy.

Whilst my teaching specialism is Biology I have also taught Chemistry and Physics at key stage three, four and A Level. I was always interested in thinking of ways to teach a difficult concept and learning new developments in science. I also have a good understanding of Vocational courses. I have written schemes of work and working policies for a department as well as full risk assessments for practical work.
