My lessons are fully online and centred around personalised gym programs designed to suit each individual’s goals, fitness level, training experience, and lifestyle. I believe training should be practical, structured, and sustainable, so I focus on creating programs that clients can realistically follow and progress with over time. I usually begin with a consultation call to discuss goals, current fitness, previous training experience, and any challenges or injuries. This allows me to build a program that is tailored specifically to the client rather than using a generic approach.
Along side the training program, I also provide guidance on nutrition, recovery, and overall lifestyle habits to support performance and long-term progress. I explain the purpose behind the program structure so clients understand not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it. My coaching style is supportive, evidence-based, and focused on building confidence and consistency.
I have previous experience working as a personal trainer, currently work within a high school sport environment, and have also been involved in high-performance sport settings. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of training for both athletic performance and general fitness across different ages and ability levels.
Fitness has always been something I genuinely enjoy, not just academically but personally as well. I enjoy helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves. Seeing clients progress, build discipline, and achieve goals they once doubted is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching, and motivates me to keep improving as a coach.
