I have worked as an online tutor in English and Maths since May 2024, and a sports coach since 2021. My favourite part about this role is seeing students succeed and grow leaps and bounds in confidence and mindset. Being told the little memory tricks I've taught students have actually worked for them is the best feeling as a tutor. Seeing students excel in topics they until recently found tricky is definitely a close second.

I will work with you to outline your academic goals and aims, and offer tailored, intentional and cooperative sessions to bring up your confidence levels, grades, and overall enjoyment. Plus, with weekly homework to match what we have covered in that week's session(s), and regular learning goal check-ins, I'll make sure you get the best possible outcome from of our sessions.

I make sure each session is engaging, entertaining and useful for you, from covering content you specifically want to work on, to offering short breaks as and when you need to chill and chat about school, or play games like eye spy or hangman.

I recommend two sessions a week for the best progress, and typically offer one hour to an hour and a half long sessions to all students. However, I am more than happy to discuss with you what you're looking to get out of our sessions to get the best results for you.
