As a Sport and Exercise Science graduate and qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor, I use evidence-based training methods to help clients achieve sustainable results. Lessons can be delivered remotely through video calls, personalised training programmes, and regular check-ins. I understand that everyone has different schedules and commitments, so I aim to provide flexible support that fits around your lifestyle.
During our sessions, I focus on teaching correct exercise technique, building confidence, and helping you understand why you are performing certain exercises rather than simply following a plan. I believe that education is an important part of fitness, as it allows clients to develop long-term healthy habits and become more confident exercising independently.
Alongside training plans, I provide motivation, accountability, and progress tracking to ensure clients stay on track and continue moving towards their goals. I also draw on my personal experience as someone who enjoys going to the gym, staying active, and promoting health and wellbeing through my fitness-focused social media content.
