Hey everyone, I'm Michele and I'm really happy to teach you.
During my years of studies, I've been a teaching assistant since my undergraduate studies in 2015. After that, I've received the opportunity to lecture on psychology in my native city. It was a great experience. Then, I started to teach as an autonomous, and I now have more than 20 students with me. We study topics like human behaviour, verbal behaviour, human development, parents' orientation, and so much more. I usually use images, examples, cases, music, and classic literature to connect topics. In my experience, using those tools can provide significant improvements in learning. As an MSc in psychology, I appreciate using science and journals to teach the topics, as I believe that science is the way to achieve our aims. My experience in different countries (Brazil and England) makes me more open to searching and finding different ways to teach for different people. Nowadays, I occupy my time as an autonomous psychologist, teacher, and talk with caregivers from a clinical behavioral. Besides, I'm currently providing some speeches for teachers and educational professionals. Working as a volunteer in my city makes me more interested in sharing knowledge with people who really want to learn, not just as an obligation. In my opinion, studies need fun. If you are not involved with motivation and great moments, your learning could not happen in a better way.
