I'm Mica, founder of Rest Reset. I partner with students and adult learners to navigate the pressures of education, overcome mental blocks, and reach their goals.
I know the university landscape from the inside out. I spent 5 years working directly within a university setting, specifically supporting students to improve their mental health and manage their studies alongside real life. I combine this specialist experience with my background in clinical mental health and development. I understand that whether you are 18 or 48, studying requires more than just intellect—it requires resilience, emotional regulation, and balance. Because of my time working in universities, I understand the specific rhythms of the academic year. I combine this professional expertise with over a decade of experience in chronic mental health and neurodevelopmental support (ADHD/Autism) to offer coaching that is clinically sound and practical.
