Hello! My name is Mayara, I’m a multicultural Brazilian tutor with a C2 Certificate of Proficiency in English and extensive experience teaching English as a Second Language in schools and online. I’ve worked with students of all ages and levels, from beginners to those preparing for TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, and GRE exams.

Since I also speak Portuguese, Spanish, and Dutch, I know what it’s like to learn a new language with a very different structure. This gives me unique insight into the most common mistakes and challenges learners face, and I use this knowledge to provide clear explanations and practical guidance.

Depending on your goals, we can focus on fundamentals, advanced applications, or exam strategies, always linking theory to real-life communication.

I adapt my teaching to different learning styles using diagrams, analogies, and step-by-step problem solving. I also provide structured summaries and follow-up exercises for independent study.
