The lessons are structured into personalised sessions, whereby the continuous growth points that are curriculum-based and developmentally appropriate are structured into a musical journey where expression, technique, and sight-reading become focal points to empower students to enjoy music whether at home, alone, or with others and in groups.
The lesson begins with a gentle but caring approach to how the week was. This is followed by a curiosity point where I discuss what music (not necessarily music being learned) interested or sparked interest within the learner.
