Using coaching techniques, NLP exercises, and Nonviolent Communication tools, I help you understand what is really happening beneath the conflict, the emotions, unmet needs, fears, and reactions that often keep you stuck.
THE 3-MONTH TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME
The programme includes 6 private sessions of 60 minutes, usually every two weeks (adapted depending on your needs and situation).
This is not only about understanding the conflict.
It is about changing the way you experience and manage relationships.
What we work on together:
Session 1 — Understanding the conflict
We identify the recurring patterns, emotional triggers, and the real impact the situation is having on you.
Session 2 — Emotional clarity
You learn to recognise and name deeper emotions and needs that may currently feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to express.
Session 3 — Understanding the other person
Through empathy and role-play exercises, we explore the other person’s perspective while helping you stay connected to your own feelings and boundaries.
Session 4 — Discovering unmet needs
We uncover what is truly missing in the relationship and what both sides may actually be searching for beneath the conflict.
Session 5 — Boundaries and communication
You learn how to express clear requests, communicate assertively, and create healthier relational dynamics without guilt or aggression.
Session 6 — Integration and future tools
We bring everything together so you leave with practical tools, emotional awareness, and strategies to face future conflicts with greater confidence and calm.
