Format: We will meet regularly via videoconference for virtual sessions. These live lessons allow us to build relationships vital to growth. Sessions may be are reinforced with offline readings, activities and reflections hosted on our learning portal to drive development between classes.

Content: Our time together focuses on building the key mindsets, qualities and capabilities that allow leaders to thrive. They will be focused on your own needs and requirements. Expect vibrant media, case studies and interactive activities relevant to academic and professional leadership.

Approach: My formative experience managing high-performing teams and designing leadership training informs an empowering coaching style. I pose thoughtful questions, share inspirational stories, assign stretching challenges and above all, listen. I provide tips and feedback to help you identify strengths to leverage and areas to refine. Most importantly, we laugh and support one another in a judgements free environment.
