My leadership development sessions are **online, one-to-one and tailored to you**, whether you are aspiring to your first leadership position, newly appointed, or an experienced leader looking to develop further.

I bring extensive experience in **leadership development, executive and leadership coaching, training, mentoring and behavioural development**, working with leaders across different levels, industries and organisational environments. My background includes working with people in corporate, public-sector and high-hazard industries, giving me a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges that come with leading people in real workplaces.

### How I teach

My sessions combine **teaching, coaching and mentoring**. Rather than simply presenting leadership theory, I help you understand the evidence and concepts behind effective leadership and then explore how they relate to you, your role and the situations you encounter.

A typical session may include discussing a particular leadership topic, exploring relevant research or models, working through a real-life challenge or scenario, reflective questioning, practical exercises, and identifying actions you can experiment with between sessions.

Depending on your goals, we can explore areas such as communication, emotional intelligence, leadership styles, confidence, values and behaviours, managing teams, feedback, difficult conversations, decision-making, resilience, psychological safety, workplace relationships and leading through change.

### A supportive and practical approach

My style is **supportive, collaborative and non-judgemental**. I don't believe there is one "right" way to be a leader. Instead, I help you develop greater self-awareness, understand different approaches and build leadership skills that are authentic to you while remaining effective in your particular environment.

Coaching is an important part of my approach, so I will often ask questions that encourage you to think more deeply rather than simply telling you what to do. Where appropriate, I can also take a more **mentoring or educational approach**, sharing knowledge, practical tools and insights from my professional experience.

Sessions are booked **online on an hourly basis**, allowing you to choose individual sessions for a particular development need or work with me over a longer period to build your leadership capability progressively.

My aim is for you to leave each session with **greater understanding, practical ideas and clear actions that you can apply in the real world**.
