Mariia is an outstanding piano teacher whose lessons are both inspiring and highly effective. Her guidance is insightful and practical, consistently helping students progress with confidence, musicality, and a deeper understanding of the repertoire.

Mariia creates motivating lesson plans with clear goals and structure. Collaborates with us students to find pieces that are relevant for our level while keeping our interests and preferences for what we want to play (where possible) She can be flexible and adapt her teaching style to both a more structured one, and a more relaxed one with a fun mood. Just a quick chat about how both of us feel today, and the lesson style is adjusted to our mood. As a teacher with a masters degree, I love to experience the way fellow colleagues (especially of this caliber) teach.

Mariia has been instrumental in helping me gain confidence and make quick progress in playing piano. To begin with she was very patient which helped me with my confidence, but her passion for music really made our lessons engaging and thoroughly motivating. It’s what allowed me to make good progress early on. I told her at the start that I wanted to learn pieces by Hanz Zimmer and within three weeks I was able to play one of the his compositions, something I thought wouldn’t be possible. I recommend Mariia to anyone looking to start playing or just develop their piano skills as Mariia’s talent will make you very motivated to keep wanting to make progress and learn more and more.

I used to be Mariia’s student a while ago. I really loved her approach - she made lessons very interesting and helpful, focusing on my goals and interests. After a few months I was already able to play some simple songs and understand music theory. She is also very patient and kind, I highly recommend her as a piano teacher!
