About me

Hello everyone! I have experience as a facilitator of workshops for team, I like the theoretical-practical method and I believe that in order to learn it is important to work on mental beliefs to identify which ones can slow down learning and modify them, work with habits (Daily Routine),unlearn, and use all the tools that help to be easier and more fun to learn.
