I provide supportive, student-centred online coaching sessions designed to help students build confidence, manage stress and anxiety, improve motivation, and navigate both academic and personal challenges. My sessions are delivered in a calm, structured, and non-judgemental environment where students feel comfortable speaking openly in a safe space and developing greater self-awareness. I tailor each session to the individual student’s needs, using a combination of active listening, coaching techniques, well-being strategies, and practical goal-setting to help students feel more focused, resilient, and emotionally balanced.

My background includes several years working within international secondary school environments in Teaching Assistant, SEN and pastoral support roles, alongside my work as a qualified coach. I have experience supporting students with a wide range of emotional and learning needs, including anxiety, low confidence, stress, and additional learning challenges such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, and ADD. My approach is empathetic, encouraging, and solution-focused, helping students develop practical coping strategies, stronger communication skills, and greater confidence both academically and personally.

The dynamics of my coaching sessions are supportive, collaborative, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I aim to create a calm and psychologically safe space where students feel comfortable expressing themselves openly without fear of judgement. Sessions are student-led while still providing gentle structure and direction, allowing students to explore challenges at their own pace while building confidence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.

Each session typically combines reflective discussion, practical coaching tools, and goal-focused strategies. Depending on the student’s needs, we may work on areas such as managing anxiety or overwhelm, improving motivation and organisation, building self-esteem, strengthening communication skills, or developing healthier coping strategies. I use a warm, encouraging approach that balances emotional support with practical guidance, helping students feel more empowered, regulated, and capable both inside and outside of their academic environment.
