Maria-Kenzi Najam

Hi! My name is Maria-Kenzi, and I’m a native French speaker who spent my whole life in Versailles before moving to the UK to study a double degree in English and French Law.

I offer tailored French lessons for all levels – whether you’re looking to improve your conversation skills, grammar, vocabulary, or need support with exams (GCSE, A-level, university). I am willing to teach to all ages, whether your an adult looking to improve your French, a complete beginner child or a student.

I have experience teaching French to children and young people from a variety of backgrounds. In France, I volunteered for 2 years in a social housing centre, helping children with special educational needs. I also took part in a volunteering programme in Kenya, where I taught children in English.

These opportunities taught me how to adapt to different learning styles, be patient, and make learning enjoyable for all students. I believe that language learning should be encouraging and flexible, and I always tailor my lessons to suit each student’s needs and goals.
