I'm Marie.
I am an experienced and qualified English TEFL. teacher. I have an Advanced TEFL. qualification which includes Young Learners and have been teaching for many years.
I have worked with major language companies like Aula Abierta in Madrid and ILC Canada and I provide online classes to adults and professionals as well as children.
Currently I tutor privately business and conversational English to students from Spain, Portugal and Poland. I also teach grammar to children and teenagers.
As well as English, I speak Portuguese at a high level and I also speak Spanish at a elementary level.
I come from a teaching and coaching background and love travelling and listening to music. Having travelled so much all over the world, languages and teaching come natural to me.

Teaching runs in the family and nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing my students progress and leaving each lesson feeling they are nearer to achieving their language goals.

In addition to my vast teaching experience I also have 18 years experience in coaching and training in Sales and in a Corporate Banking environment for which I have received awards for. Please see my CV for more details.
As I want to improve my Spanish language skills, I currently split my time between the UK and Spain.

My classes are relaxed, fun and engaging and I offer the first class free of charge with no obligation so that we can meet each other and you can decide if I am the best teacher for you.
My lesson rate is €8 per 30 minutes.

If you want longer lessons, the rate is €15 for 60 minutes.
