My self Maman Halsana .I had been teaching for the last 8 years in a school back in India . I love to explore, experience and share my experience as I believe that sharing acts as a catalyst for teaching learning process . And yes my hobby is reading books , travelling and recitation is my first love . Exploring different methodology for making learner competent with real life is my cup of tea . I always try to think out of the box about teaching strategies. I try to connect the curriculum with real life . I love to do activity based learning where learners can construct their own knowledge. So I love to act as fecilitator rather than a mere teacher . I try to design a lesson in such a way that learners can identify the problem ,can relate it to their real life situation and find out the solution by themselves . So I see myself as a designer who designs a lesson for getting a particular outcome within learners and make them future ready . I always try to bridge the gap between different learning theories and it's implementation in real life situation . I concentrate on developing 21st century skill sets among my learners like communication , collaboration etc . I try to focus on the fact that learners should be able to find the signal ( right information) out of noise ( Digital world full of informations). Last but not the least I try to ensure that learning is fun .
