Hi! I’m a friendly and approachable Maths tutor offering online lessons for students up to GCSE level. I understand that Maths can sometimes feel difficult or overwhelming, so my aim is to make lessons clear, comfortable and enjoyable while helping students build their confidence.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs. I take the time to understand which topics they find challenging and then work through them step by step, explaining concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way. I also encourage students to ask questions whenever they are unsure, as I believe that making mistakes is an important part of learning. During lessons, we can focus on areas the student is struggling with, practise exam-style questions, revise key topics or prepare for upcoming tests and GCSE exams. I can adapt the pace of each lesson depending on the student, whether they need extra support with the basics or want to challenge themselves with more difficult questions.

As my lessons are online, I aim to make them interactive and engaging rather than simply talking through questions. I use clear explanations, worked examples and plenty of practice so that students can gradually become more independent in solving problems.

I want every student to finish a lesson feeling that they understand something better than they did before. My goal is not just to help students get the right answers, but to help them understand why an answer is correct and develop skills they can use confidently on their own.
