I wish to give academic knowledge but through practical examples and sharing of experiences. I want my lessons to be practical , interactive and structured. I do not wish to just conduct 'speeches' where students just take notes and leave it at that. But, I want my lessons to be interactive because that is how I will understand the capacity and expectations of each student to understand the best mode of delivery. Also, whatever is taught in the classroom, when my students leave the classroom I want them to be motivated and eager enough to do more research on their own and expand their knowledge to extents that we might not be able to cover during the limited hours of class.
