My lessons are supportive, relaxed and tailored to each individual. I focus on building confidence, motivation, organisation and healthy routines, particularly for students with ADHD or those who feel overwhelmed. Sessions would be online and conversational, creating a comfortable space where students feel listened to and supported without judgement. I use practical strategies, encouragement and accountability to help students stay focused, manage goals and build confidence in themselves. My professional experience mentoring apprentices and supporting young professionals has helped me develop strong communication and motivational skills.

I understand that every student learns differently, especially those with ADHD, so I aim to make sessions engaging, realistic and adaptable to individual needs. Rather than using a strict teaching style, I focus on understanding what works best for each person and helping them develop routines and strategies they can actually maintain long-term. I want students to feel encouraged, understood and comfortable asking for support. My goal is to help students improve not only academically, but also personally by developing confidence, independence and a healthier mindset towards challenges, productivity and self-belief.

I also believe building trust and consistency is extremely important when supporting students. I aim to create a positive environment where students feel comfortable discussing challenges openly without fear of judgement. My approach is patient, encouraging and realistic, helping students recognise their strengths while developing practical skills they can use in everyday life, education and future careers. As someone with ADHD myself, I understand the importance of feeling understood and supported rather than criticised.
