I am a supportive and practical coach who enjoys helping people recognise their strengths, build confidence and take positive steps towards their goals. My lessons are aimed at students who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, lacking motivation or unsure how to improve their academic performance.
My approach is calm, encouraging and student-centred. I start by understanding each student’s goals, strengths and any barriers they are facing, then we agree a clear and realistic plan for what they want to improve. Each session includes focused coaching conversations, practical tools for studying more effectively, goal setting, reflection and agreed actions to work on between lessons.
I help students break things down into manageable steps, develop better study habits, improve motivation and feel more in control of their learning. I will regularly review progress with each student and adapt the sessions to their needs, so that the support remains relevant and useful.
I am currently studying towards an ICF ACC credential and am enrolled in Life Coaching and Executive Coaching training. I also bring experience in mentoring, people development and coaching teams to improve confidence, performance and personal growth.
