Hi, I'm Lynne and I am really looking forward to meeting you. Before starting my family I was a practicing lawyer and also lectured legal practice. I moved into online teaching four years ago and haven't looked back. My students tell me that my relaxed approach puts them at ease and helps them to feel confident speaking a second language. I believe that learning a language should be a fun adventure and I will use a variety of media in my lessons including reading and discussing articles, blogs, grammar exercises, games, puzzles, role play, general conversation, and debate. I will start by learning your needs, your reasons for learning English, and assessing your English level, From there I will prepared a structured lesson plan to meet your individual needs and I will feed back to you offering ideas for improvement and progression. My teaching style is informal and relaxed and my focus is on fluidity of conversation to encourage fluency and confidence. My interests are travel, yoga, and cooking (I'm a vegetarian). I am also interested in legal affairs, politics, world news and the environment. I enjoy discussing cultural differences and learning about the customs, traditions and beliefs of other countries.
