Luwa Dong

A teacher of Mandarin Chinese who has spent more than four years working in schools abroad, mainly in the UK and South Korea. Recently taught young students using several languages within a fully inclusive setting, guided by a set learning plan for two full years. Worked at a public primary school in East London, shaping lively and suitable lessons for kids between ages three and eleven. Showed clear skill in building lesson plans, preparing learners for YCT tests, plus bringing cultural elements into daily classes - helping boost both results and student interest. Comfortable adjusting to new classrooms, aware of cultural differences, able to work well among varied groups of children and staff.
